More Information About The One-on-One Coaching Process:
OVERALL GOALS OF COACHING:
The overall goal of coaching is to help you:
- Develop more Awareness about yourself and your inner emotional system.
- Shift your ways of being and the long-standing limiting patterns you have been operating from that are causing stress to your mind, body and relationships.
- Embody these new, healthier ways of being, in order to allow your system to heal and Transform into who you want to be, resulting in better overall emotional/physical health and more connected and fulfilling relationships.

FIRST SESSION:
I call this the discovery session. This session will focus on me getting to know as much as possible about your coaching goals, values and strengths. This session will last 1.5 hours.
From this session we will have a clear plan of what you want to accomplish by the end of our coaching journey, and you will have more insight and awareness about who you are, what you want and what’s getting in the way of what you want.
In this session, I also provide some education on emotional health, give you insights into the coaching methods used to explore your inner system, and give you some tools to help you begin to emotionally regulate yourself.
You will also have an experience of exploring your inner emotional system and begin to develop more awareness of your subconscious mind, and start to change your relationship with yourself.
We can do this session via Zoom Video Conference.
FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS:
The rest of the sessions are focused on coaching the agreed upon issue. Where we start is completely led by you and what’s coming up for you (in the context of your overall goals).
I follow your lead and guide you to a deeper place of discovery about yourself and what’s getting in the way of what you want. You will gain more clarity of what exists inside of your subconscious mind and learn how to help your emotional system to heal.
Each session will end with understanding the new awareness you have gained, and agreeing upon a co-created goal to take action on and work on between sessions.
I will also recommend emotional self-regulation tools to implement and embody between sessions.
These sessions can be done via Zoom Video Conference and will be 1 hour in length.
Coaching sessions can start off as weekly sessions and as you gain traction and feel good about the progress you are making, sessions can take place every 2-3 weeks.
RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF SESSIONS:
Please keep in mind that change takes time. It took years to create the mind/body patterns of ill health and emotional reactions, and although it may not take years to get back to optimal health, it does take time to change the patterns and create a shift in your emotional and physical health.
We can only go as fast as your nervous system and subconscious mind allows.
Given the above, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to get you on your path to better emotional health.
