More Information About The One-on-One Coaching Process:


First session:  

I call this the discovery session.  This session will focus on me getting to know as much as possible about your goals, values and strengths.  This session will last 1.5 hours. From this session we will have a clear plan of what you want to accomplish by the end of our coaching journey, and you will have more insight and awareness about who you are and what you want.

We can do this session in person or over Skype /Zoom Video.


Follow-up sessions:  

The rest of the sessions are focused on coaching the issue at hand.  Where we start is completely led by you and what’s coming up for you (in the context of your overall goals).  I follow your lead and guide you to a deeper place of discovery about yourself and what you want. As you gain more clarity of what you want, you explore the new choices you have from this expanded viewpoint, and the action you want to take to move forward toward achieving your goal.

Follow-up sessions can be done in person, over Skype/Zoom Video or by phone, and will be 1 hour in length.

Coaching sessions can start off as weekly sessions and as you gain traction and feel good about the progress you are making, sessions can take place every 2-3 weeks.

Please keep in mind that change takes time.  It took years to create the mind/body patterns of ill health and although it may not take years to get back to optimal health, it does take time to change the patterns and create a shift in your health.
